Just had meal deal ordered deserts had apple Betty desert was disgusting warmed up in microwave but was total mush, I ordered the ice cream with chocolate flake, was absolutely gutted it was a mini desert and not even a full chocolate flake, you have just lost a loyal customer, wish I could post a pic the size of icecream so small and the flake was so minuscule it wasn’t worth having

Went to the Northern Perimeter Road restaurant in Netherton yesterday. Staff very helpful as always but feel cheated out of 2 x £5.79 for 2 deserts (1 small pancake (the type you get in a pack of 4 for less than £1 in a supermarket), 4 slices of banana, small pots of cream and chocolate) and a very small piece of New York Cheesecake with a small scoop of ice cream). Won’t be returning.

I had the mixed grill at £18.59 portions appeared to be small and seemed over priced for what I received. Service was good very polite and helpful when needed. Surprised after seeing the photos on the menu. Over priced for what I received

Beefeater St Helens Micklehead Green, had a beautiful roast dinner , staff were very helpful , clean place to eat, girl with black hair in ponytail who works on a Sunday- I didn't get her name, she was great! Recommended to everyone, now they all go x

Three of us stayed in the Premier Inn on site for 5 nights. We have nothing but praise for the staff and the food. We ate both dinner and breakfast and always found it to be good, with a fair choice. We have to mention Alison in particular who was on breakfast duty. A lovely lady for which nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for making our stay a good one!

I just wanted to write a little review for Deborah in Emersons Green she was so lovely with her service and very attentive and made me and my grandma feel very welcome the food was great to when it was very reasonable thank you!

Very disappointed with the beefeater.
They advertise joining their loyalty card you receive a 50% voucher and they don’t send it.
After several emails and only a few responded too they still refuse to send my voucher because I opted out when they told me to opt out and then opt in.
So following their instructions and still nothing im then told the reason I didn’t get my voucher is because I opted out of the emails which is what they told me to do!
Very unhappy.
You shouldn’t false advertise !
Im disappointed with the few emails I did receive not one email tried to resolve my problem

I booked the Badgers Sett in Hagley for a meal with family (2 adults, 2 kids) having been here before as the kids like the menu choices.
Having visited many times in the last decade I can say this was the best one. The service and food were excellent. I’ll mention Ben (server), Karl, Kyle, Matt and Alex here as they did a great job. Ben was attentive, cheerful, friendly and patient. The 3 courses all arrived promptly, no waiting thankfully. The food quality was excellent, hot and well cooked (my steak was perfect-medium).
We left feeling full and happy. I’m looking forward to my next visit, which will be sooner as a result of the last experience.
I travel with work, have stayed in many premier inns and eaten at many beefeater restaurants. This was the best of all (and not work related, which was nice). Keep up the good work!

What a pleasure it was to eat here. Despite it being very busy they made you feel like you were the only one in the room. Attention to detail was exceptional. a special mention to Keir who by far was the most polite waiter I ever had, not in your face, friendly and so professional, went out of his way to have a small chat without being intrusive. The man deserves a pay rise !

Went to The Haywain in Basildon tonight for a long overdue friends catch up. Staff were very pleasant atmosphere was quite good. I have never tasted a garlic bread platter so Bland in all my experience. Not even the slightest smell of garlic just a sprinkle of herbs on top of the bread. Did mention it to the waitress who wasn’t surprised at my query. Seems it’s the norm so Wont be ordering this again unless they make it more tasty. Rest of the meals were very nice.

Went to the beefeater in Weymouth however NEVER AGAIN! Decided to go here for a family gathering, we pre-booked 6 weeks in advanced for 18 people which they said they could do and we even gave our order 3 weeks in advanced. When arriving there was actually 19 of us however we didnt think this would be a massive problem, when arriving we were seated and gave our drinks menu, multiple drinks were forgotten but this wasnt a massive problem. One of the meals was swapped which they were really accomodating to however We then had to wait just under 2 hours for our food which of cause meant the kids were starving by this point. Half the plates were delivered but by the time the rest of them were delivered to the table the others had finished there food. The food was terrible! The meal that had been swapped was never delivered and after so long waiting and being called a liar by the "manager" Sarah with her saying I have you all of your food which she had clearly hadn't unless we had eaten the plates aswell. Sarah then continued to be very rude calling multiple people "liars" asking us for video footage and proof that we hadn't all eaten together which we all found very disrespectful and rude. I think for a manager she need to relook at her training in customer service. While one of the family members was on her phone she continued to come up to her saying she was taking pictures and made her show her phone to prove otherwise. We decided to leave it and get a refund on half the meals. We were then told we were not aloud to use our blue light card inside beefeater after clear advisement for a 25% blue light card holders. Awful service awful food would recommend to anymore! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

We ate at the Sir Thomas one in Maidstone, and I have to say service was excellent as was the food. Really tasty and friendly atmosphere, even when my son when on a bit of a rage due to losing at Jurassic world, the staff were super helpful and calmed him down with an ice cream! It was yummy, and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Beefeater Buckingham deserves a hearty recommendation for fantastic customer service and great food. Stayed in adjacent Premier Inn for a week and ate at this Beefeater. Always greeted with a warm welcome, fast service and amazing food! All is cooked to order. The Chef's scrambled eggs for breakfast were perfect, couldn't have asked for more. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Would definitely come here again and would recommend it to all.

Terrible. The evening staff were rude and swore at me when I complained that the food was terrible.
The breakfast staff were polite, but the food was still terrible. Never again.
